The Hao Lab at Harbin Medical University
Hao Lab is part of School of Basic Medical Sciences at Harbin Medical University. Our research aims to generate and analyze cancer genomics data, and explore epigenetic and transcriptional regulation from multi-omics data. We attempt to accelerate the diffusion of genomics data into translational research.
Single cell analysis
We are actively analyzing the multi-omics single cell data to dissect the tumor microenvironment and identify the molecular biomarkers for improving the effect of cancer immunotherapy.
Cancer genomics
Revealing the dual tissue origins of high-grade serous ovarian cancer using genomics data.
We are enthusiastically working on building genotype-phenotype models to answer important questions of cancer biology.

We are a group of enthusiastic researchers aimed to combine dry- and wet-lab data with bioinformatics approaches to enable novel discoveries of cancer biology.
